Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations in force, and in particular those relating to prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
