Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs with exoneration of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale only as "scrap" goods, with exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to their compliance or, if not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
