The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations in force, and in particular to those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as items "to be scrapped", with the Bankruptcy Administration excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at its sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
