For the purposes of collection, the successful bidder will therefore be required to carry out the aforementioned demolition operations, to be performed entirely at their own care and expense, subject to the approval of the Procedure. The user, by accepting these conditions, in the event of award undertakes to carry out the above-mentioned operations with the utmost diligence, in compliance with the current safety regulations and to leave the areas involved in the collection in safe conditions and free from items and waste materials. In carrying out the aforementioned activities, the successful bidder, together with any of their delegates, shall be considered responsible for any damage caused to persons, property or structures.
