The Acquaviva Picena business unit is one of the three production sites of Terre Cortesi Moncaro. It was acquired in 1999 to consolidate the cooperative's presence in the south of the Marche region and expand production of high-quality red wines, particularly Rosso Piceno.

The "Acquaviva Picena Winery" business unit includes:
- An industrial facility dedicated to processing, transforming and winemaking grapes;
- All the technical equipment and tools at the facility required for the wine production cycle;
- Intangible assets (goodwill);
