NOTICE
"The Judicial Commissioner of the procedure collects expressions of interest for the purchase of the COMPANY BRANCH of the company Delivery Mates Italia srl, tax code 09487420961, exercised at the Milan office, via Nicolodi n. 7, concerning the activity in pony express services sector, delivery of parcels, parcels, envelopes and objects in general on behalf of third parties, as well as in the transport, both directly and as an intermediary, both in Italy and abroad, of goods and goods of any kind, parcels and letters included.
The business unit, currently operating and leased to third parties with a contract registered in Milan on 1.4.2020 under no. 2554 series 1 T, consists of tangible assets (machinery, equipment, furnishings and vehicles), intangible assets, permits, authorizations and contracts with customers and pending commercial related and functional to the company, contracts relating to employees and collaborators.
