The business unit owned by Ca.Ma S.r.l.s. mainly concerns the construction, renovation, restoration, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of works, artifacts and buildings of
 any kind, both on its own account and in execution of works contracts and procurement contracts; the carrying out of urban planning and building works; the implementation of urban plans; the design of civil, industrial and agricultural building works as a phase of their execution; the execution of excavations, road works in general, asphalt laying; the execution of gardening works on land for residential, craft, industrial, commercial, sports and agricultural construction (the "Business Unit").

The company Ca.Ma S.r.l.s. has received an irrevocable proposal from the current lessee of the Business Unit

Ca.Ma S.r.l.s. invites third parties to submit expressions of interest for the purchase of the above-mentioned Business Unit, 55% of the share capital of Re.Haus S.r.l. and the property located in the Municipality of ARZACHENA (SS), registered in the buildings land registry at Sheet 17 - Parcel 4235 - Subordinate 5 and 14, setting the deadline for submission as 31 October 2026. The expression of interest may also be communicated with respect to only one of the assets listed above.

The price offered for the purchase of the Business Unit is equal to the amount of €240,000.00

The price offered for the purchase of the Company Shares is equal to the amount of €50,000.00
