Potential interested parties, in order to submit their purchase proposal for the assets at a price higher than the one indicated above, must submit the offer in a sealed envelope (drawn up strictly, under penalty of nullity, on the attached form) by hand delivery to the office of the Liquidator Dr. Lucia Sada, in Corciano, Via A. Gramsci 6, no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day before the sale, scheduled for 28/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m., in a sealed envelope together with a deposit equal to 10% of the offered price by means of a cashier's cheque made payable to "CONTROLLED LIQUIDATION - 13/2024 - Court of Perugia";
