NOTICE
Italtriest SpA in liquidation - G.D. Dr. Vasile - collects expressions of interest for the purchase of the 85% stake in the company Editoriale Eurocamp Srl (CF 06458740153) active in the camping tourism sector and in the development of publishing activities for the production and distribution of guides .
A purchase offer was received at the price of € 25,000.00 which is assumed as the base price.
Expressions of interest cannot be for an amount lower than the aforementioned price and must be received by 10/09/2021 at 12 noon at the office of Dr. Arcuri, in Milan 20123 - Piazza Pio XI n. 5 - accompanied by a cashier's check made out to "Bankruptcy Italtriest SpA in liquidation" for an amount equal to 10% of the amount offered, as a guarantee.
The expression of interest must contain a commitment to participate in the competitive tender that will be announced on the basis of the price corresponding to the highest bid received, in a manner that will be communicated. This notice does not imply any obligation or commitment on the part of the bankruptcy procedure for the sale of the shareholding towards any bidders, nor any charge, not even potential, for any mediation and / or consultancy, nor any right of any kind in favor of third parties. .
