INVITATION TO EXPRESS INTEREST
For the aforementioned business branch, a rent offer was received for the total amount of €20,000.00 plus VAT, for business rent and management expenses for 1 (ONE) year, with the possibility of renewal upon expiry, unless cancellation is forwarded by the Procedure, or by the successor, within the terms of the law.
The aforementioned proposal also provides that all expenses, costs and, in general, all charges deriving, by way of example, from the authorizations necessary for the exercise of the business activity, notarial deed and registration of the contract will be at the sole expense of the offering party.
Any interested parties are therefore invited to send any expression of interest in renting the aforementioned business unit via PEC bankruptcy172022napolinord@pec.it - no later than 1.00 pm on 19.01.2024.
The examination of the expressions of interest will take place on 01.22.2024, at 3.00 pm, at the office of the Curator, Lawyer Marco Russo, located in MADDALONI (CE) Piazza della Vittoria N. 10 and in that location the best offer with consequent establishment of a competitive procedure, aimed at identifying the best bidder in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 107 and 108 L.F.
