It should be noted that Alberto Bombardelli, located in Trento, Via Manzoni 16 - 5th Floor, pursuant to art.107 LF , will be held the second experiment of selling the goods forming the company owned by Opera Vitivinicola in Valdicembra Srl
"Single Lot consisting of:
Company owned by the company, whose object is the activity of enchanting and processing the grapes, production and trade of wines, distillates, sparkling wines and all related activities including:
- agricultural land p.f.2574 of mq. cadastral 1464, planted with vineyards, located in Giovo hamlet Verla;
- real estate located in Giovo, Fraz. Verla, Via Tre Novembre n.8, p.ed.743 C.c. Giovo, pp.mm.1, 2,7, with the joint ownerships and the easements as resulting in the Land Book;
- owned movable property (vehicles, goods and work in progress, machinery and equipment, furnishings and office machines);
- lease contracts stipulated with third parties on 1.02.2011 concerning the subordinates 14, 15 and 16 of the p.ed.743 C.C. Jupiter; in these contracts, following the ld.12.12.2016 company lease, Arepo S.r.l. as per Article 36 law n.392 / 78 starting from 01.01.2017;
- "OPERA" trademark, filed on 03/09/2012, right question no. TN-2012-C-62, at the official Archive of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Trento - Patents and Trademarks - Concession n. 1525285 dd. 12/10/2013;
- municipal permits issued to the company;
- all existing business contracts;
Base price (total) Euro 1,280,000.00 (one million two hundred eighty thousand)
Minimum bid in the tender € 20,000.00 (twenty thousand)
