NOTICE

 

On 19 September 2023 at 12, before the notary Vincenzo Gunnella, in his office in Florence, via Masaccio n. 187, the sale will take place with an irrevocable offer and possible tender of the goods described below according to the methods set out below:

 

LOT 1:

“Wiva Led Twin – Tube” patent, which refers to a Device for replacing one or more pairs of linear fluorescent tubes installed in a luminaire and wired with a conventional magnetic control mechanism and luminaire comprising the same; Italian patent granted n.502021000004343 deriving from the nationalization of the patent EP3086623 (application n. 15164464.8) expiring on 21 April 2035.

 

LOT 2:

  - "WIVA" trademark: basic Italian registration n. 3620000185503 of 8 January 2021 in classes 9 and 11 (renewal of the previous 2010 registration) and corresponding International registration no. 1063484 extended to EU, UK, China;

- "WIVACTIVE" brand: EU registration n. 17950995 granted on 21 December 2018 in class 11 and corresponding International registration n. 1465770 of 22 February 2019 extended to China, the USA and the UK.

 

LOT 3:

- "Wiva Spray Coating" patent, which refers to a plant and a method for carrying out coatings of nanomaterials on the surfaces of objects. The plant comprises a plurality of work stations in succession, including a station for dry cleaning and activation with atmospheric plasma of the surfaces to be coated; a preheating station for the surfaces to be coated; a spray station for coating surfaces with a nanomaterial coating; a preheating oven; a multi-stage oven controlled at different temperatures and a cooling station: Italian patent granted n. 102018000004997 dated 18.05.2020 (Italian application n. 102018000004997 dated 2 May 2018).

 

- "Gear Box" patent, which refers to a filtration device for the abatement of dust and/or particulate matter, for sanitizing and purifying the air, said device comprising at least one filter cartridge equipped with elements on the surface of which is a coating is arranged comprising a photocatalyst that can be activated by visible light and further comprising biocides of an organic or inorganic nature, where said filter cartridge is placed inside a container, said container being associable with at least one light source configured to emit radiation in the visible spectrum to irradiate the aforementioned filter cartridge: Italian patent granted n. 102018000011087 of 11.12.2020 (Italian application no. 102018000011087 of December 14, 2018); European application EP20190836533, pending pending the first Examination notification.
