1 - BRAND (NAME) "MARCATO" CONSISTING IN THE "MARCATO" MARKET IN ANY DIMENSION, CHARACTER, FORM AND COLOR.

 

The aforementioned trademark has been the subject of an application for registration at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office

("U.I.B.M."): application dated 21/06/2006 registered on 01/07/2009 number 302006901425369 (new numbering)

 

2 - STOCK. OF WINE 11 \ 1 BOTTLE "LESSINI DURELLO" AND "MAFFEA / ROSÉ" SOLD WITH THE "MARCATO" TRADEMARK - FOR A TOTAL OF 144.594 BOTTLES.
