On sale a building complex with cottages to be completed in Acireale (CT) as indicated in attached notice.

"Delegate Judge ORDER sale without auction of following properties, in factual and legal state in which they are located and, in event of more participants, with minimum bids of increase indicated below:

ONLY ONE LOT

a) N. 9 blocks of type A (named A1 - A9) for realization of n. 27 property units as well as semi-cellars (garage/cellars);

b) N. 4 blocks of type B (named B1 - B4) for realization of n. 08 single-family cottages as wel as semi-cellars (garage/cellars): each block are n. 2 cottages;

c) n. 6 blocks of type C (named C1 - C6) for realization of n. 10 single-family cottages as well as semi-cellars (garage/cellars): each block are n. 2 cottages with exception of blocks C3 and C4 located at end of row;

d) n. 2 blocks of type D, destined to porch (named D1 and D2)

Base price EUR 2,834,352.00, minimum bid in increase of EUR 20,000.00.

Offers - presented in a legal paper from EUR 16.00, in form of irrevocable purchase offer - must be filed in Court of Messina Stationery - Bankruptcy Office - no later than 12:00 pm on day prior to date of sale, 16 June 2016, except Saturday and Sunday, in a closed packet."
