sale of entire property complex constituting "Centro Orafo Oromare", including seventy-eight lots constituent modules, all well described in detail in appraisal of Arch. Giancarlo Calise Piro to which reference should be made, as well as 100% of shares of "OROMARE SRL UNIPERSONALE", goldsmith center management company, as well as better described in appraisal of Professor Dr. Mario Valenzano.
Sale price for purchase of property referred to in this announcement will be one that will be outcome of exhaustion of sale procedure.
Offer must be submitted no later than deadline to be considered peremptory of day of 09.12.2016, at 6:00 pm, at office of Notary Ennio De Rosa, located in Aversa (CE), Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
Opening of envelopes containing offers is fixed for day 09/13/2016, 6:00 pm. After opening of envelopes and curator assessments, buyer will be identified on basis of a competition that will be based on highest price offered.
In case of competiton between more than one subject raising offers must not be lower than EUR 200,000.00.
