- Land in Monticello Conte Otto (VI) identifyied at Lot A (7,060 sm) of appraisal for a value of Euro 627,293.20;
- Land in Monticello Conte Otto (VI) identyified at Lot C (1,910 sm) of appraisal for a value of Euro 169,706.80;
- Bare ownership right of a residential house in Monticello Conte Otto (VI) via Parmesana n. 53 for a value of 334,900.
