N. 12 Pac Ordinary Titles

It should be noted that, in accordance with the provisions of EU Reg. 1307/2013, art. 34, PAC titles can only be purchased by active farmers, a requirement to be identified based on the parameters set out in accordance with art. 9 of the same Regulation and as established by AGEA circular prot. 99157 of 20 December 2018 and subsequent amendments and additions to the date of the request for transfer of the securities purchased at the auction.
 

The lack of the aforementioned requirement (status of active farmer) makes it impossible to carry out the transfer of the awarded titles.

It is the bidder's responsibility to verify the possession of the aforementioned requirement before participating in the auction; if it is not possible to complete the transfer of the securities due to lack of the indicated requirement, nothing can be opposed by the successful bidder.

Those interested in participating in the tender must submit an irrevocable purchase offer no later than the registration deadline.

 

The bidder must indicate the price you intend to offer for the purchase of the lot and pay the required security deposit.

The offer will be valid only with the deposit credited within the terms indicated in the notice of sale. Those who have submitted the offer in accordance with what is indicated in the notice of sale will be admitted to the tender.
