The submission of expressions of interest by 30 April 2024 at the base price of €80,000.00 with the possibility of a downward offer of up to 25% less (plus 22% VAT) for the purchase of the below-mentioned movable assets located in Pace del Mela hamlet. Giammoro, inside the warehouse located in Pace del Mela at the corner between the ASI road branch called "E" and Via Olimpia and exactly, as per the appraisal in the documents of the bankruptcy proceedings:

Expressions of interest must be sent via certified email to f44.2018messina@pecfallimenti.it by 30 April 2024 and in any case no later than 30 days from the publication of the notice; must contain the indication of the offeror (natural and/or legal person) and the attachment of a valid identity document and/or valid documentation proving the powers and legitimacy of the l.r. of society.
