Will be eligible to participate in auction only legal subjects possessing VAT and qualify as Company and or Professional in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories: Resellers or traders in the sector. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the Chamber of Commerce certificate to: info@gobid.it.

Lots in auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the buyers. The clients also reserve the right to evaluate the offers received below the reserve price.
