With reference to this auction, it should be noted that, due to fires in the areas surrounding the shed where the movable property covered by this auction is kept, the lots for sale, even if apparently not damaged, are in any case covered in soot, which must be removed at the contractor's expense.

It is also possible to bid on Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in auction.

it is also noted that the opening used for the withdrawal of the previously awarded goods is not currently usable. Any unblocking of the openings made at the time of collection must be carried out at the expense of the successful tenderer, who must appropriately close them at the end of the operations, restoring the same blocked condition found

Possible adaptations of the goods to all the regulations in force and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - the regulations in force will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser who will bear any expense with exemption from from any liability in this regard.
