N. 2 Pasta Production Lines

Lot including n. 2 twin lines for the production of pasta, composed as follows:

 

LINE 1

– Agnelli 100 kg tilting mixer

– Machine of 150/kg hour 

– Sarp brand pasteurizer 250/kg

– Trabatto seven passages independent stainless steel strips brand Zindo

– Loading hopper for mondial pack packaging machine

– Two-channel scale group from zero to one kg

– Mondial Pack vertical packaging machine with inert gas system for ATM packaging including thermal printer

– Metal detectors

– 15 trolleys for sterilizers

– Two Zindo brand sterilizers.

 

LINE 2

– Agnelli 100 kg tilting mixer

– Three machines of 50/kg hour each brand Baresina (Zindo)

– Press for special formats (bronze drawn) of 250/kg per hour, branded La Parmigiana

– Sarp brand pasteurizer 250/kg

– Trabatto seven passages independent stainless steel strips brand Zindo

– Loading hopper for Mondial Pack packaging machine

– Two-channel scale group from zero to one kg

– Mondial Pack vertical packaging machine with inert gas system for ATM packaging including thermal printer

– 15 trolleys for sterilizers

– Two Zindo brand sterilizers.

 

To the two lines mentioned above we must add:

 

for each Baresina Zindo machine n. 8 formers (Orecchiette, Recchietelle, Cavatelli, Trofie, Fusilli, capunti, strozzapreti and Calabrian maccheroni)

For the press brand La Parmigiana n. 4 formers (Paccheri, Mezze Maniche, Calamarata and Caserecce)

Furthermore, in combination with the press, we also have the La Parmigiana brand cutter complete with n. 4 formers (pappardelle, tagliatelle, scialatielli and troccoli)

A tunnel for product temperature reduction

no. 9 ribbons/ladders for product transport

no. 2 Silos for semolina ensiling of 120 quintals complete with unloading hoppers

Yang brand tray packaging machine.

 

- The machines were built in 2000 with the exception of the Yang tray packing machine which is from 2009 -
