The land in question falls within an area for exclusive production use governed by art. 14 of the Technical Rules for Implementation of the P.R.G. which provide for the construction of an exclusive industrial and artisan destination with the absolute exclusion of residential buildings.
The land was included in a Detailed Execution Plan of zone L-I (Industrial Location) approved with City Council resolution no. 134 of 09/08/1988 integrated with City Council Resolution no. 4 of 04/19/1989.
This planning has become ineffective for the part in which it has not been implemented, while the obligation to observe the alignments and zone requirements established by the plan itself remains unaffected.
