Ha una superficie di 1.700 mq e nella stagione estiva viene allestita a solarium con sdraio, lettini ed ombrelloni. Qua si può trovare anche una cucina autonoma ed un bar. La cessione d'azienda è comprensiva della proprietà dell'intero complesso, gli arredi, i beni strumentali e l’avviamento. Sono esclusi i debiti ammessi al passivo del fallimento e quelli che dovessero risultare maturati nel corso dell'esercizio provvisorio. Il resort è attualmente aperto al pubblico e l'azienda sarà condotta dal curatore fallimentare in esercizio provvisorio fino al 30 ottobre 2022 (continuazione temporanea dell'esercizio dell'impresa, Art. 104, comma 2, Legge Fallimentare). Solo due rapporti di lavoro sono a tempo pieno ed indeterminato, tutti gli altri rapporti hanno carattere stagionale e sono destinati a concludersi in data 30 settembre 2022, salvo proroga fino al termine dell'esercizio provvisorio. The Capo dei Greci resort is built in the splendid mountain setting of Capo Sant’Alessio, where the architecture of the structure follows and is enveloped by the natural slope until it extends into the warm waters of the Mediterranean.
The structure is spread over a total area of 42,700 square meters built on steps that welcome the various buildings and the uncovered areas of the hotel complex, such as rooms, congress hall, two restaurants, an amphitheater, two bars, two tennis courts, a spa area and large uncovered areas.
The rooms are spread over 4 buildings for a total of 196 units, with various types including Classic, superior, deluxe and junior suite. All units enjoy the beautiful sea view of the Riviera.

The congress center has a maximum capacity of about 550 people and can host up to three different events at the same time.

The amphitheater is located in such a position as to have the enchanting Castle of Sant’Alessio and the bay of Taormina as a backdrop.

A removable platform was built close to the cliff overlooking the sea, it connects to the tourist complex by means of lifts carved into the rock. It has an area of 1,700 square meters and in the summer season it is set up as a solarium with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Here you can also find an independent kitchen and a bar.

The sale of the company includes the ownership of the entire complex, the furnishings, the capital goods and the goodwill.

Debts admitted to bankruptcy liabilities and those that may have accrued during the provisional financial year are excluded. The resort is currently open to the public and the company will be run by the bankruptcy trustee in provisional operation until 30 October 2022 (temporary continuation of the business, Article 104, paragraph 2, Bankruptcy Law).

Only two employment relationships are full-time and temporary, all the other relationships are seasonal and are destined to end on 30 September 2022, unless extended until the end of the provisional exercise.
