The industrial complex is located along the Strada Provinciale 1 of the Tronto, on flat land and adjacent to other production areas, and it consists of:

• adjacent industrial area (P.R.U.S.T.)
• rural building attached to the PRUSST area.
• plant for the production of bitumen
• plant service artifacts
• residual industrial area 22,000 square meters

The industrial area adjacent to the plant was affected by urban transformation into a production area, under the Urban Redevelopment and Sustainable Development Program of the Territory, for the implementation of the program form 8.552 aimed at the perimeter adaptation of the area the plant with a view to optimizing the existing production activity.

The production complex has been divided into two parts:

Part A, industrial area already subject to the PRUSST form 8.552 including the farmhouse.
• new building land for production use, with a cadastral area of ​​approx. 24.023 with overlying collaborating rural building already used as a farmhouse

Part B, the industrial complex for the production of bitumen including machinery, equipment, artefacts and sediment and storage area as well as the residual industrial area.
• Functional area of ​​the plant, the industrial artisan area on which the plant is located and currently used in its entirety for the storage of aggregates
• Artifacts, the actual production complex consists of an office, weighing system, services, fuel distribution shed, oil and lubricant storage, enel cabin, shed for sheltering equipment/machines, workshop and tool storage, control cabin, loading floor in reinforced concrete, storage tanks, thermal power plant.
• Equipment, all equipment is allocated on a reinforced concrete plate. of about 1600 square meters, founded on poles and are composed of a conglomerate production plant, 3 bitumen storage silos, boiler, conveyor belts, crushing machine, dryer and burner cylinder, blast chiller, mixer, silos for bituminous conglomerate storage, fuel oil storage tank , cogeneration and weighing plant.

Il complesso produttivo è stato suddiviso in due corpi: - Corpo A, area industriale già assoggettata alla scheda PRUSST 8.552 comprensiva dell’edificio colonico. • terreni edificabili di nuovo impianto a destinazione produttiva, di superficie catastale pari a mq. 24.023 con sovrastante fabbricato rurale collabente già utilizzato come casa colonica; - Corpo B, il complesso industriale per la produzione di bitume comprensivo di macchinari, attrezzature, manufatti ed area di sedime e di stoccaggio oltre all’area industriale residua. • Area funzionale all’impianto, l’area industriale artigianale sulla quale insite l’impianto e attualmente utilizzata nella sua interezza per lo stoccaggio degli inerti • Manufatti, il complesso produttivo vero e proprio si compone di ufficio, impianto pesa, servizi, tettoia distribuzione carburanti, deposito oli e lubrificanti, cabina enel, tettoia per ricovero attrezzature/macchine, officina e deposito attrezzi, cabina di comando, piano di carico in c.a., vasche di accumulo, locale centrale termica. • Attrezzature, tutte le attrezzature sono allocate su una piastra in c.a. di circa 1600 mq, fondata su pali e si compongono di impianto di produzione conglomerato, 3 silos deposito bitume, caldaia, nastri trasportatori, macchina di frantumazione, cilindro essiccatore e bruciatore, abbattitore, miscelatore, silos per deposito conglomerato bituminoso, serbatoio deposito olio combustibile, impianto di cogenerazione e pesa.
