At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to Bankruptcy Bodies approval.
Reserve price is indicated on the lot webpage. Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding.
Procedure is not registered to VIES. VAT is due also for intra-EU buyers.
Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in each lot webpage. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of auction.
Lots are sold as is. Tank photo is purely demonstrative and does not show real condition of good since buried, therefore viewing is strictly reccomended.
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses. It will be on buyer's expenses, in addition to cancellations ex art. 108 Bankruptcy Law, all fees, including tax, associated with awarding and subsequent assets transfer.
