THE ESTATE

The "Fattoria Torre Gaia" is located in via Boscocupo 11, in Dugenta (BN). It covers an area of ​​113 hectares and includes a business center equipped with a modern plant for the processing of grapes and a stately Country Villa, with numerous local services. In addition there are eight cottages distributed throughout the company. The entire complex has been the subject of specific maintenance and renovation, with reconstruction of the park and sports facilities (tennis court and swimming pool).

PLANT PRODUCTION

The grapes is conducted on an area of ​​15,000 square meters, of which about 4,000 are covered. The winery has a capacity of 20,000 hectoliters and is equipped with the most advanced technologies for the production and bottling of wines and sparkling quality. The product portfolio includes six white wines, seven red wines, sparkling wines and two grappas, for a total production of about 850,000 bottles.

THE "BOTTAIA"

The aging of red wines takes place in the "Bottaia", a cellar able to maintain a constant temperature between 12 and 14 degrees throughout the year. It houses 32 barrels of Slavonian oak, 100, 50 and 25 hectoliters each, for a total of 2,000 hectoliters.

CERTIFICATION

The company has the following certifications:

- Quality system certified according to ISO 9002
- Quality certification CSQA, with full recognition of the equal to 5 leaves SUPER
- ORGANIC PRODUCTION Certification, issued by the Consortium of Biological Control Products for the cultivation of the vineyard and for processing and bottling of the grapes
- Certification of business quality ISO 9000, issued for the cultivation of the vine and wine bottling.

ACTIVITIES ACCOMMODATION

The restaurant is one of the main vehicles for promoting the company's image. It has three large rooms and various rooms, which can accommodate up to 350 people. It can count on two separate kitchens, one serving the restaurant "a la carte", the other to be used for banquets or ceremonies. Moreover it offers guests the opportunity to dine also outside, surrounded by old trees that make even more impressive views of the vineyards and the pool.

The estate also has a resort with 10 rooms and 2 suites with large terraces and views of the landscape very suggestive. The sophistication and charm of the estate make it an ideal setting for "convention and wedding receptions."
