It consists on the ground floor of semi-rustic rooms (partially affected by maintenance works) with a courtyard in front and on the first floor of a housing unit arranged on about 200 square meters of floor space over the attached balconies and terraces and attic. The entire real estate consistency borders to the north with parcel 5879, to the south with via Ferrovia (from which you can access), to the east with parcel 945 and to the west with via Monte Tricorno, except for others.
Everything is reported in the Real Estate Registry of the aforementioned Municipality of San Cipriano d’Aversa, Sheet 2 parcel 5384 sub. 2, cat. A/2, class 2, consistency of 3.5 rooms, cadastral income € 180.76, sub. 3, cat. C/2, class 1, size 78 square meters, € 120.85 annuity and sub. 4, cat. A/2, class 4, consistency of 7 rooms, € 524.20 annuity. The sub unit is also constituted 1, an uncensored common good.
The state of the places does not correspond to the cadastral consistency in relation to various internal distributions, extensions and destinations. The property was built in the absence of any authorization and an application for a building amnesty pursuant to l. 47/85 acquired under prot. 2081 of 09.04.1986 being defined and concerning the buildings on the ground floor only (for production - artisanal use) while the remaining portions were built at a later date in the absence of any authorization, and in the opinion of the expert, the application of art. 32 of the D.L. n. 269 ​​of 2003 converted into law no. 326 of 2003 (in the terms of art.40 c. 6 L. 47/85 and subsequent amendments) as the reasons for the credit are prior to the entry into force of the said law and the abusive works would seem to have been completed by the date of 31.3.2003.
There is a Notice of Initiation of the Proceedings relating to the issuance of the Demolition Injunction of illegal works of 01.07.2010 prot. 7110.
