APARTMENT- Two units separate from subordinates 9 and 7
LOT D consists of the raised ground floor or first floor of the building; this is mainly the Real Estate Unit distinct with the subordinate 9, as well as the U.I. subordinate 7 first floor. These real estate units are used as a home by Mr. Omissis, together with his wife and mother. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, closet and corridors. The internal flooring is in light gray colored grit tiles; ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, even for wall cladding. The net height of the premises is 2.70 meters. The window frames are made of aluminum and double glazing.
Other systems serving the real estate unit: aluminum radiant panel heating system operated both by a natural gas boiler, to be replaced, and by a wood or pellet fireplace; air conditioning (electric convector) in the living room. The access to the lot from the external courtyard is already existing (pedestrian and driveway); access to the apartment can take place from the main entrance of the building or from the back door (north-east side), directly connected to the corridor/balcony. Fulfillments for the purposes of construction regularity (ascertained and preparatory to the division into lots): updating cadastral plan (distribution of rooms); transfer by merging the sub. 7-first floor to the sub. 9-first floor; SCIA practice in amnesty (works already performed) for change of use of the premises on the first floor and consequent variation of the cadastral categories (partial) habitability request; replacement of the boiler and revision of the electrical part.
