The properties are located in the Municipality of Polignano a Mare (Ba) at C.da Macchie and precisely:

1) full ownership of an industrial factory building located in the Municipality of Polignano a Mare (Ba) at C.da Macchie, floor T-1, listed in the land registry at sheet 6, parcel 277 sub 1, Cat. D/1, annuity 15,958, 52;
2) full ownership of a property located in the Municipality of Polignano a Mare (Ba) at C.daMacchie, floor T, listed in the land registry on sheet 6, parcel 258, Cat. D/7, annuity 61.97;

It should be noted that property no. 2 is an Enel cabin at the service of the industrial factory referred to in no. 1.
The following artifacts are pertinent to the building, shown in Table A01 attached to the Appraisal Report: Shed "A", Shed "B", Closet, Documents Closet, Dog Kennel, First Aid.
The artifacts are intended for agricultural purposes and are used for processing agricultural products, offices, changing rooms, services and cold rooms for the preservation of handled products.
The industrial factory is used for the production and subsequently the sale of fresh fruit and vegetables. The intended use is commercial.
