- The buyer undertakes to collect, at his own care and expense, within the mandatory deadline of 15/07/2023 the good in question from the place indicated for collection. It remains the responsibility of the Property to fulfill any charges connected to the deposit of the asset accrued up to that day. The buyer declares for all purposes of the law and reiterates that the movement, loading onto means of transport, transport, any disassembly of the necessary asset and any activities on the property as well as its necessary restoration, and any necessary operation also only when it is made available, it will be at the buyer's entire expense, even if specific instructions from the manufacturers of the goods are not available or available -
