Il contratto ha durata di 15 anni, con scadenza in data 23 Giugno 2029, rinnovabile con scadenza per un uguale periodo. Il canone di affitto annuo è pari a € 24.000,00.; - Contratto di affitto dell’immobile nel quale viene svolta l’attività commerciale. Il contratto di affitto prevede un canone di locazione pari ad € 62.000,00 annui. L’immobile ha una superficie di circa 750 mq.; - Contratto di sub-affitto inerente il reparto macelleria interno al supermercato. Tale contratto concede in comodato d’uso le attrezzature e gli impianti esistenti al reparto per la lavorazione delle carni fresche. E’ previsto un compenso per l’uso dei locali e delle attrezzature suddette, nella misura del 7% sui corrispettivi lordi relativi alle vendite del reparto carni.; - Presa in carico di tutti i contratti di lavoro dei dipendenti attivi

Sale of shares in a company with operational headquarters in Santa Teresa di Gallura (SS) - Location La Testa, of which the activity consists in the management of a supermarket

The company has as its business object the wholesale and retail sale, processing, handling and packaging of food and non-food products.

The sale includes:

- Business branch rental agreement, including furniture and equipment, concerning the retail trade of food and non-food items, in the form of a discount supermarket. The contract has a duration of 15 years, expiring on 23 June 2029, renewable with expiry for an equal period. The annual rent is € 24,000.00.

- Rental contract for the property in which the commercial activity is carried out. The lease contract provides for a rental fee of € 62,000.00 per year. The property has an area of about 750 square meters.

- Sub-rental agreement concerning the butchery department inside the supermarket. This contract grants on loan for use the existing equipment and systems to the fresh meat processing department. A fee is provided for the use of the aforementioned premises and equipment, to the extent of 7% of the gross fees relating to the sales of the meat department.

- Taking charge of all employment contracts of active employees
