- Industrial factory including a separate building identified at the Building Cadastre Sheet 4, Part: 88 sub. 1,3,4; 89 / Share; 115 / part; 116 sub. 1.2; 133 / part; 140; 142; 143.

b) Mobile assets grouped and separated into the following categories:

- equipment (washing cabin, test and break-in systems)
- bridge cranes
- various furniture
- shelving

It is specified that, according to the provisions of Art. 571 of the Italian Civil Code, for LOT B bids lower than base auction price will be considered valid, provided that no more than 25% of base auction price.
