EXPLORATORY NOTICE/INVITATION FOR RESEARCH OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR FINALIZED TENDERING OF OFFERS FOR SALE OF COMPANY SHAREHOLDINGS RELATED TO COMPANIES OPERATING IN HYDRO ELECTRIC SECTOR
Purchase expression of interest are made for company shareholdings as attached notice:
"Procedure for sale of investment in share capital of established limited liability companies, called "ER ENERGIE srl" and "AT ENERGIE srl".
Purchase expression of interest are made for company shareholdings as attached notice:
"Procedure for sale of investment in share capital of established limited liability companies, called "ER ENERGIE srl" and "AT ENERGIE srl".
These are investments equal to 100% of share capital of incorporated companies, in which two branches of company held by ERAT spa in liquidation of business were transferred, specifically:
- ER Energie srl, in which business unit held by ERAT spa in liquidation of business was transferred and denominated Tennacola, consisting of agreement for use of water systems for production of hydroelectric energy of Tennacola stream, an agreement signed on 15 October 2010 between Tennacola SpA Company and ERAT S.p.A. and which regulates functioning of hydroelectric plants called "Maddalena", "Sarnano", "Montegiorgio" and "Corvese"
- AT Energie srl, in which business unit held by ERAT spa in liquidation of business was conferred and called Abetito-Archetti consisting of hydroelectric plant called "Pié d'Abetito" located in Municipality of Montegallo (AP) as well as the hydroelectric plant named " Archetti "located in Municipality of Rapagnano (FM)
Interested parties must express their interest in participating in exploratory notice aimed at shareholdings transfer of ER ENERGIE srl and AT ENERGIE srl with the methods and within the terms provided for notice.
Liquidation received expression of interest, within the following 7 days, will proceed to their examination and will admit interested to phase one of acquisition of information finalized to formulation of offer.
Within and no later than 12.30 pm on March 2nd, 2018 the bidders will have to deposit at Official Receiver office located in Jesi, Via dell'orfanotrofio n. 1 bis, CAP 60035 (opening hours 10.00 - 12.30), also by registered letter a.r., a closed packet containing irrevocable purchase offer"
