On sale machinery and equipment for repair shops such as lifts and tire changers as well as office furniture and Citroen spare parts warehouse

The execution of visits to buildings or furniture for sale is possible, despite the declaration of a red zone, as the curator or the person in charge of viewing sends

A) by e-mail to the interested party, following the telephone appointment setting, an explicit invitation in which he specifies that, as part of the insolvency liquidation procedure, a verification visit of the state of the asset or assets has been scheduled, together with the Curator or to a person in charge, for the purpose of displaying to the Public Authority in the event of arrest.

B) as all the means of profiling indicated by law are used to contain the contagion, in particular each curator or person in charge, when accompanying or directing the person visiting the property, take the temperature of the same using portable thermoscanners, which the organ of the procedure must equip itself, use masks, sanitizing gel, spacing over one meter between people,

C) as any occupants of the property also wear masks and the windows are kept open throughout the visit.

There is no electricity in the Busto Arsizio premises, the successful bidder must equip himself with a power generator to be connected to the control panels of the lifts

the disassembly and mobilization of the purchased goods is at the expense of the successful bidder, any damage to the property caused during the collection phase will be reimbursed with expenses to be borne by the successful bidder

The successful tenderer will have to arrange for the possible disposal of oils

It is also possible to bid on Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in auction.
