The land falls within homogeneous territorial areas intended for new settlements for industrial plants or similar to them.
They are urbanistically classified as building land following the approval of an implementation plan including a larger area to complete the built-up area of the house. To date, this private initiative implementation plan has not even been presented, so the value of the land is reported as the value of agricultural land.
