Company operating in the production of steel sheet drums, containers and their components of any kind, services for third parties relating to drumming, packaging, collection and recovery through reconditioning and/or recycling of materials.
The sale consists of two industrial properties and the movable capital goods necessary for carrying out the business.

The properties in question are located in the locality of Marcellino, an area falling within the area destined to "Large industries" and governed by the implementation rules of the A.S.I.

It should be noted that the company is currently leased with a regular contract expiring on 26/04/2023, with the possibility of renewal from year to year. The monthly rent is € 7,000.
