The infill panels were placed in concrete block masonry, with partly sliding metal and polycarbonate window frames above; there is an industrial-type flooring in all areas except for the offices which were made of marble.

The complex is equipped with all the technological and procurement infrastructures, preparatory to both the production cycle and human presence.
