The lands are registered at Land Registry of City of Arpino at sheet 2:

Parcel 51 – Quality Grazing Land – Class U – Surface 2.429 sqm – R.D. € 0.75 – R.A. € 0.38
Parcel 50 – Quality Arable Land – Class 4 – Surface 500 sqm – R.D. € 0,65 – R.A. € 0,90

The two lands are on the border with the public road, with a sloping slope towards the valley. Currently they are uncultivated and covered by dense vegetation.

According to the certificate of urban destination the 51 parcel falls within the Hydrogeological constraint pursuant to art. 1 of the R.D. 30 December 1923 n. 3267.

Parcel 88 – Quality Arable Land – Class 2 – Surface 300 sqm – R.D. € 2,09 – R.A. € 1,32
Parcel 55 – Quality Forest Tree – Class 2 – Surface 1.184 sqm – R.D. € 0,12 – R.A. € 0,06

The parcel 55, of almost regular form, shows a natural slope towards the mountain and is covered by a wood.
The parcel 88 is flat and is positioned downstream. Currently it is uncultivated.
The two lands are close together but not contiguous.
