Tenuta Torre Gaia is a tourist and productive complex of great value set in 113 hectares of vineyards in the Regional Park of the Taburno, municipality of Dugenta (BN) in Campania.
The complex consists of the beautiful Country Villa built in the early '900 and the farm, among the first in Campania to produce and export bottled wines Denomination of Origin "Sannio", "Aversa" and "Solopaca".
The property includes a factory for the processing of the grapes which covers 15,000 square meters and the precious "Bottaia", cellar characterized by the majestic oak barrels that you can visit for wine and food tastings.
The estate also has a Resort with 10 rooms and 2 suites with panoramic terraces, and the Restaurant "Donna Giulia".
Torre Gaia it is strategically located at short distance from the main cities of Campania: 15 km from Caserta and 35 km from Naples.
Sale includes full ownership of the company, organized in the three following business units:
- Exercise of the agricultural production of wine grapes;
- Operation of the processing of the grapes, bottling and marketing of wine;
- Operation of hotel, restaurant and meeting facilities.
The sale will open on july 12 2019 at 3:30 pm and will end on september 13 2019 at 3:30 pm.

It is also noted that:
- the entire business complex subject to sale is currently rented, with release at the end of agricultural year in which entire complex will be sold, pursuant to the company lease agreement signed on December 5, 2017
- on 25/05/2017 was notified by Italferr SpA notice of entry into possession and/or state of consistency for urgent employment accompanied by emergency employment decree preordered by expropriation issued by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A., aimed at doubling the railway line Cancello-Benevento.
Therefore total surface area directly affected by expropriation procedure is 52,753 square meters, with a provisional allowance of € 574,480.17
