Following an offer received by the Procedure Liquidation of creditors agreement Fred Mengoni srl n. 3/2010 Ancona Law Court on the whole building A of the Montarice residential complex (including apartments, garages and parking spaces), the latter has been placed in auction in bulk sale with starting price equal to the offer, in order to verify the possibile reception of amaliorative offers.
After the auction deadline the Procedure will inform the mortgage holders about the highest offer received. The awarding will occur with mortgage holders reserve.

Building A of Montarice residential complex, located in Porto Recanati (MC) not far from the sea, includes n.27 apartments, n. 25 garages, n.1 warehouse and n.31 parking places.
