proceed with the sale without auction of the real estate compendium pertaining to the Aquilone Bankruptcy, described as follows:

SINGLE LOT
full ownership (100%) of the following properties under construction consisting of portions of the multifunctional real estate complex called "Centro Sordello" all located in the Municipality of Goito - S.S. 236 Goitese, as better described and identified in the appraisals of Eng. Giorgio Tornasi of 31.01.2003 and integration of 15.03.2004 and subsequent expert updates by the surveyor. Alessio Maritati of 15.10.2019, integration of 09.12.2019 and update of 08.07.2020, and land registry as follows:

• NCEU di Goito - sheet 25, parcel 74, sub.2-7 (former commercial block P.T. and P.1.); goods subject to deed of sale revoked with final judgment, whose present sale was authorized by the revoked owner in addition to the share of co-ownership and condominium rights on the following common goods:

It should be noted that the assets indicated in sub B) are formally registered in the name of a third party and are put up for sale following a final judgment revocating the deed of sale.
The basic estimate price of the aforementioned assets, as per the expert's integration of 09.12.2019 and update of 08.07.2020, is equal to:
- assets under A) Euro 509,330.00 (minimum price to be offered Euro 382,000.00)
- assets under B) Euro 130,670.00 (minimum price to offer Euro 98,000.00)
for a total of Euro 640,000.00 of the single lot plus taxes as required by law and any other charge or cost of transfer and cancellation of the encumbrances registered - minimum bid Euro 10,000.00 - minimum price to offer 480,000.00

FIXED

for the opening of the envelopes containing the purchase offers, the examination of the offers, and the eventual tender between the bidders the hearing on January 25, 2023, at 12.30 p.m.

STATES THAT

The sale will take place at the following base price: Euro 640,000.00, plus taxes as required by law and any other charge or cost of transferring and canceling the registered encumbrances (Minimum price Euro 480,000.00);

The offer must be filed with the bankruptcy chancellery of the Court of Verona - Corte Zanconati n. 1, by 13.00 pm on the working day preceding the date set for the sale.
