The company’s corporate purpose is as follows:
a) consulting, design, feasibility studies, purchase, enhancement, exchange, construction, renovation, management and direct and indirect sale, on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, in Italy and abroad, of residential, tourist, industrial and agricultural real estate;
b) septic tank cleaning, transport and disposal of waste, both organic and inorganic, by-products and civil and industrial pollutants, disposal of asbestos and other building debris of any nature and kind in Italy and abroad, on its own behalf and/or on behalf of third parties;
c) drafting of projects, implementation, construction, installation, import, export, promotion, marketing and operation of photovoltaic modules and systems of any type and kind for the production of electrical energy from solar power, and of modules and systems producing energy from renewable sources of any type and kind;
d) import-export and trade in general, wholesale and retail, in Italy and abroad, of every type of raw material, semi-finished and finished product without limitations;
e) carrying out development, agency, research, organization, design and assistance activities for works and systems relating to energy management of any type or form, plant engineering, technological services within real estate complexes, telematic control of systems, integrated services in the management of real estate assets, cogeneration, treatment and recovery of municipal, toxic and hospital waste, treatment and purification of water;
f) carrying out functions relating to feasibility studies, research, consulting, design, technical and economic suitability assessments, environmental impact studies, as well as activities in the field of workplace safety, quality control and certification in relation to both products and processes;
g) rental of industrial machinery;
h) lending and small financing activities to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses within the limits provided by current regulations.
