Transfer of a business: wholesale fuel trading activity in Rosolini (SR), Via Eloro 70

AT AUCTION: business complex related to the wholesale fuel trading activity located at Via Eloro 70, about 1 km from the center of Rosolini and about 2 km from the A18 motorway junction, in an area subject to a lease agreement entered into on 07/01/2009 with expiry on 06/01/2027 and an annual rent of € 6,840.00, already equipped with the necessary equipment for carrying out the wholesale fuel trading activity (such as tanks and dispensing pumps), as well as the related administrative and urban-planning authorizations.
The sale also includes a DAF Trucks tanker, model AE55CF, and the following movable assets in particular:
- an agricultural gasoline tank of 10 (ten) cubic meters;
- an agricultural diesel tank of 22 (twenty-two) cubic meters;
- a diesel tank for motor vehicles of 22 (twenty-two) cubic meters;
- a regulating dispenser connected to the agricultural gasoline tank;
- a regulating dispenser connected to the agricultural diesel tank;
- a regulating dispenser connected to the motor-vehicle diesel tank;
- a canopy to cover the agricultural diesel and gasoline dispensers;
- a canopy to cover the motor-vehicle diesel dispensers;
- three 12 (twelve) kg fire extinguishers each;
- a container, not permanently anchored to the ground, used as an office and for services, with the relevant municipal authorization;
- a drinking water tank with the related motor for the autoclave;
- office furniture consisting of a sofa, a desk, two metal cabinets, a computer, a printer and a fax.

Please note that the fuel sales activity has no longer been carried out since 30/05/2024 and that the tax license relating to the commercial storage activity of free and denatured energy products was revoked in October 2025.
