The company started its activity on 16/10/2001 for the exercise of the activity described as: management of a swimming pool, sports activities, fitness, swimming and wellness, sports activities and leisure with the use of the swimming pool and the changing rooms of the guesthouse - club house.
The company has granted to third parties, under a business lease, the 3 main assets, equipped with an external area designated as a parking lot covering 12,555 square meters and distinguished as follows:
1) Sports and wellness;
2) Tourist reception sector;
3) Catering.

The complex is located in Melilli in Contrada Spalla, and sits on a land area of 12,555 square meters. It consists of a single building in which two adjacent bodies of construction with different purposes are distinguished.

There is a kitchen area, oven area, washing area, pantry, and restrooms for workers.
On the first floor, there are 10 rooms with private bathrooms. A terrace is present.
