The property consists of land for garden use of approximately 3,000 square meters, with an overhanging residential building with two floors above ground, consisting of two residential units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, and other buildings to deposits, garages and sheds, some of which are in conditions of dilapidated maintenance and are not usable.
These properties are currently the subject of a registered but not transcribed preliminary sale contract, for which a judgment is pending pursuant to art. 2932 of the Civil Code, established and transcribed on the property prior to the declaration of bankruptcy.
Furthermore, for the same real estate units, the appointed expert, Geom. Mutti, communicated the impossibility of declaring cadastral compliance, as the ancillary parts are not registered in the urban cadastre and the residences have distribution discrepancies. Also, the outline of the buildings in the map excerpt does not match the state of the places.
