Part of the land is subject to the constraints of the P.T.P.R. approved by DCR of 02/08/2019, published in BUR Lazio No. 13 of 13/02/2020, as it is included in the buffer zone of the linear assets Tl 0329, of the typified assets Tp 058 1867, Tp 058 1865 and Tp 058 2548 with the related buffer zones of 100.00 linear meters, included among the constraints of Legislative Decree 42/04 and Ministerial Decree 73/2016.

In favor of the SUPERINTENDENCY OF ARCHAEOLOGY, FINE ARTS AND LANDSCAPE FOR THE METROPOLITAN AREA OF ROME, PROVINCE OF VITERBO AND SOUTHERN ETRURIA, by which the rural buildings and the tree-lined avenues on the Castell’Arcione estate in the municipality of Guidonia Montecelio, Via Tiburtina Valeria and Via dell’Universo Castell’Arcione, farmhouse Col Virginia, were declared to be of particularly important cultural interest, pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 3 letter A and art. 10 paragraph 1 letter E of Legislative Decree 42/2004 and subsequent amendments, including, among other things, part of the land in question, namely Sheet No. 9 - parcel - 674 part, (EXCLUSIVELY THE PARTS OF THE PARCELS CORRESPONDING TO THE TREE-LINED AVENUES, INCLUDING ALL ROWS OF TREES ON BOTH SIDES).

The tax regime of the sale will be determined within the limits of the legislation in force at the time of transfer and with reference to what is applied by the competent Financial Offices, without any assumption of responsibility in this regard by the receivership. Therefore, no account should in any way be taken of any indications or references to the taxation regime of the properties being auctioned as reported in the valuation reports and their attachments.
