Portion of a larger prefabricated building, intended for craft activities or wholesale sales, located in the northern part of the city, an area mainly characterized by the presence of production, commercial and artisan settlements.
It has an area of 2,520 sqm plus 350 sqm of offices and a mezzanine.
The internal spaces are mainly arranged as follows:
• a large production/warehouse room with double height (7.70 m), with industrial polished concrete flooring, equipped with metal shelving for goods storage (not subject to valuation);
• office and service area located near the entrance and in a set-back area, organized into separate rooms by means of light partition walls and glazed panels;
• toilets and ancillary rooms serving the staff;
• small mezzanine/storage on the first floor accessible via internal staircase, mainly intended for storage or archives. There are discrepancies.

 

The property is currently occupied without title by the movable assets of a Judicial Liquidation proceeding and will likely be vacated in a few months, once the sale and removal of said assets has been completed.

The offer is irrevocable for 120 days from filing and will lose effectiveness in the event of ACME not being admitted to the insolvency proceedings pending before the Court of Padua (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64 bis CCII).

Please note that Phase 1 is aimed at acquiring expressions of interest in the form of irrevocable purchase offers. After the end of the offer collection period, Dr. Luigi de Anna, as Liquidator of the Company indicated above, will proceed to evaluate the irrevocable purchase offers collected by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl, verifying the adequacy of the offered amount, formal regularity and, therefore, the admissibility of the offers themselves, only after the filing and approval of the liquidation plan by the bodies of the procedure.

Only following the relevant authorization and the consequent admission of the offers will Phase 2 be started, which will be carried out only following ACME's admission to the pending insolvency proceedings (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64 bis CCII).
