The land is registered with the Land Cadastre of the Municipality of Lucera on Sheet 78:
Parcels 62 - 64 - 89 - 92 - 93 - 141 - 159 - 161 - 169 - 876
Building under construction consisting of a reinforced concrete structure with only columns and beams, as well as the floors/ceilings.
Rising three storeys above ground, the roof is currently flat.
The structure covers an area of approximately 1,400 sqm per floor for a total of 4,200 sqm.
At present it is not possible to quantify the commercial areas and the intended uses.
The land surrounding the building is partly arable (parcels 64, 89, 141); partly certainly to be allocated for use by the building (parcels 92, 169); partly it constitutes an internal small road leading to Via Porta Foggia (parcel 93); parcels 159 and 161 are part of the internal road network adjacent to the building.
The land falls within the following zones:
- Parcels 62, 89, 141, 159, 161, 169, 876 - fall within the Multifunctional peri-urban context area with direct implementation; the PUG/P confirms current settlement trends, allocating the multifunctional context to mixed residential, tertiary, commercial and productive developments. In the CPM.ad, completion works and new construction with residential, tertiary, commercial and productive use are permitted through a fee-based Building Permit (PdC).
- Parcels 92, 64 - fall within a Redevelopment area with indirect implementation
Please note that the deadline for completing the construction works was set for 07/01/2003. Failure to meet the completion deadline requires resubmission of the concession request.
