Works of art and furnishings up for auction: a lacquered wooden door and paintings by Norberto Proietti.

The lacquered and painted wooden door dates back to the 18th century and shows conservative and integrative restoration work.

The auction also includes a graphic work printed on a silver plate.

Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly below the reserve price will be less likely to be taken into consideration for a possible award. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the offer submitted and the reserve price, the higher the chance of being awarded. 

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will result in the provisional award of the lot.
