Lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adaptations of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be at the exclusive expense of the buyer, who will bear any cost, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Receiver excluded in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to arrange, at their sole care, expense and risk, for their compliance, or, where this is not possible, for their disposal in accordance with the law.
